The SeaLINK PLC-16 is a USB digital I/O interface adapter designed to provide 8 optically isolated inputs and 8 Form C relay outputs, offering high flexibility for industrial automation and equipment control. The Form C relays support 2 Amp switching and carry current, making them suitable for high-power control applications.

With removable screw terminals and an optional DIN rail mounting, the adapter simplifies wiring and installation, allowing for easy integration into control systems. The SeaIO Classic software ensures smooth operation on Windows operating systems.

As a legacy product, SeaLINK PLC-16 continues to receive technical and warranty support, but for new designs, we recommend the SeaI/O-420U, which provides comparable functionality and improved component availability. Additionally, this product is not supported on USB 3.x ports, and users must update their SeaIO drivers to ensure proper operation.
